This Privacy Policy uses the standard of PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) for Singapore users, the prevailing privacy law in Singapore.

2.1 IN GENERAL

10. JOB APPLICANTS AND EMPLOYEES
10.1 JOB APPLICANTS
If you apply for a job with Heritage, we will collect only the personal data you include in your curriculum vitae (CV) and, if applicable, any personal data you provide during an interview. We will use this personal data solely for the purpose of evaluating your application and determining whether or not to hire you.
By submitting your application, you are deemed to have consented to the collection and use of your personal data for this purpose. If your job application is unsuccessful, we may retain your personal data on a "keep in view" basis unless you explicitly withdraw your consent for us to do so.

If you accept an offer of employment with us, we will request additional personal data beyond what is outlined in section 10.1, as necessary for managing and terminating the employment relationship between you and us.
