Last Updated: 3 January 2025

1. DEFINITIONS

Heritage Collective Private Limited (“Heritage”) provides an avenue for accessing various resources and services that enrich the experience of living in Singapore, fostering a deeper connection to the local culture, lifestyle, and community. Whether it's exploring new food destinations, finding reliable housing agents, engaging in family-friendly events, or discovering educational opportunities, Heritage is here to guide individuals and families in making the most of their time in Singapore, all while embracing the vibrant diversity the city-state has to offer.

Third-party Providers (hereafter referred to as "Providers") are affiliate business partners that offer additional products and services to customers.

Users (or customers) are the end-users who access and utilize our websites and services.

Products refer to the products and services offered on Heritage, such as clerical services and membership programs.

Method of Access: Users access the aforementioned websites and services through various devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.

Medium of Transaction: For products that require users to visit the Providers’ websites, Heritage acts solely as a referrer. Transactions conducted on the Providers' websites are outside Heritage's control. For products requiring payment on Heritage’s platform, users can pay using credit or debit cards, and Heritage may offer additional payment methods as deemed appropriate.

2. GOVERNING LAW

Any relationship or contract between Heritage and its users in Singapore shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the prevailing laws of Singapore.

3. TERMS OF USE

As an individual who is a user of our website or otherwise a user of the services provided by Heritage, these Terms of Use are intended to outline the following:

By accessing, browsing, or using this website, or any page thereof, through any direct or indirect means (individually or collectively referred to as "Website" or "Websites"), or by using the goods, facilities, or services offered in or through the Websites via alternative methods (such as telephone, mail, email, or facsimile), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The terms "Website" and "Websites" include use through these alternative methods.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to access or use the Websites, and you must immediately cease accessing or using the Websites.

Heritage operates the Websites and reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Websites. Heritage also has the right to modify the terms and conditions applicable to users of the Websites, including these Terms of Use, in whole or in part. These changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Websites. Your continued use of the Websites or the goods, facilities, or services offered through the Websites shall be deemed as your acceptance of any such changes.

The data and information you provide to Heritage through the Websites are not considered an application for a Singapore Immigration facility, or any similar concept. Heritage does not guarantee acceptance as a permanent resident, citizen, or holder of any other immigration facility in Singapore. The approval of any immigration facility in Singapore is determined solely by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore.

Heritage receives a fee from Providers for various goods, services, and facilities offered. If you purchase products or services from select Providers, you will be responsible for paying for the associated costs.

All copyrights on the content of the Website are held by Heritage Collective Private Limited. Any unauthorized copying or reproduction of any portion of the site (including information, styles, graphics, scripts, etc.) is prohibited and is protected by copyright law. Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

All prices listed on Heritage’s website (https://hcsimmigration.com) are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless otherwise stated.

EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY

Heritage excludes all liability in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive economic losses or damages suffered as a result of using or relying on this website, its content, services, or any third-party links provided on the website. Users of the website do so at their own risk, and Heritage will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of the website, including but not limited to the accuracy or completeness of the information provided or any interruptions in the availability of the website.

PURCHASES DIRECTLY VIA HERITAGE

For certain products where payment is processed through Heritage, users can make payments directly to Heritage to complete their purchase. Once the payment is received, Heritage will notify the Providers to fulfill the purchase, such as generating and sending an indoor attraction ticket to the user's email address. Heritage reserves the right to host the payment process either on Heritage’s platform or on the Providers’ website and may make changes to this arrangement without prior notice.

POLICY FOR CANCELLATION/REFUND OF PURCHASES WITH HERITAGE:

The following cases apply to purchases where users have made payments for their products directly on Heritage's platform, rather than on the Providers' site.

REFUND

At Heritage, we are committed to providing the highest level of service and support to our clients. Please be aware that our fees are non-refundable, and by engaging with our services, clients acknowledge and accept this policy.

However, if you wish to pause or delay any services directly provided by us, we are happy to accommodate your request and place those services on hold.

For services involving third-party Providers, please note that refunds or cancellations are governed by the specific policies of the respective Providers. We encourage you to carefully review these policies to fully understand your options.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow the steps outlined below to initiate the process:

1. Cancellation Request: The customer submits a cancellation request to Heritage for their purchase.

2. Verification by Heritage: Heritage will check with the Provider and determine, at its discretion, if the cancellation request qualifies for a refund based on the Provider's terms and conditions.

3. Retention Amount: The Provider will inform Heritage of the amount they are retaining from the original purchase, according to the terms and conditions.

4. Refund Process: If the cancellation is approved, Heritage will process the refund of the remaining balance. This is the original purchase amount minus any amount retained by the Provider.

5. Refund via Original Payment Method: The customer will receive the refund via the same payment method they used for the original purchase. Note that the refunded amount may be slightly less due to potential fees charged by the customer's bank or credit card provider during the refund process.

CHANGES TO SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED

In any case where the customer requires a change to the details of any service or product purchased involving a third-party Provider, such as an incorrect date of booking, postal code, or the type of product or service purchased, the customer can follow these steps to request an update:

1. Contact Heritage: The customer reaches out to Heritage to request the change, providing the necessary details of the amendment.

2. Review by Heritage: Heritage will verify the request with the Provider to check if the amendment can be made. Heritage will also determine if any additional payment or information is required.

3. Provider Response: The Provider will notify Heritage whether the request can be amended, and if so, if there are any fees associated or additional details needed from the customer.

4. Payment of Additional Charges (if applicable): If there is an additional payment required, Heritage will send a payment link with the payable amount to the customer's email.

5. Provision of Additional Information (if needed): If further information is required, Heritage will contact the customer to provide the necessary details.

6. Confirmation and Update: Once payment is received and/or all additional information is provided, Heritage will coordinate with the Provider to implement the requested changes and send the updated service or product details to the customer.

For products or services provided directly by Heritage, customers will need to follow the same process for cancellations, updates, or modifications. However, in these cases, Heritage will be the sole approver or rejector of the request. Customers should submit their requests to Heritage, which will then review the details and determine whether the request is eligible based on our internal policies. Once the evaluation is complete, Heritage will either approve or decline the request, and if approved, proceed with processing any necessary adjustments, including refunds or changes, accordingly.
